Federico is a senior advisor to the Colorado Impact Fund. He was formerly the U.S. Secretary of Energy and the U.S. Secretary of Transportation in the Clinton Administration. Prior to serving in the cabinet, Federico was the mayor of Denver from 1983 to 1991. He currently serves on the boards of Wells Fargo & Company, Sonic Corp. and Toyota’s North American Diversity Advisory Board.
Federico earned his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Texas, where he has been inducted as a distinguished alumnus.
Originally from Brownsville, Texas, Federico now lives in Denver, Colorado, with his wife and four children.
