Carly Abrahamson

Carly joined the Colorado Impact Fund when it launched in 2014. Prior to joining CIF, Carly worked in the business and finance group of Ballard Spahr LLP in Denver. She represented both publicly traded and privately held companies in a range of corporate, securities and business law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private placements, public offerings and general corporate governance. Before law school, Carly was in the classroom with Teach for America in the Bronx of New York City.

 

Carly holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College, an M.A. in education from Bank Street College and a J.D. from the University of Colorado. She lives in Boulder with her husband Erik and two daughters. In her free time, she enjoys playing in the Colorado sun and snow with her family.
